Because of the ongoing problem of software piracy, there are (with few exceptions)
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS for our software. If a refund is authorized, shipping and
other costs incurred will not be refunded. Refunds are limited to the cost of the
program only. No refunds will be granted after 30 days from date of purchase. You
must determine if the software meets your needs before making a purchase. We pro-
vide actual working copies of the programs (with restrictions) for this purpose.
These demos can be downloaded from our web site.

Free maintenance upgrades are provided via the web site. The distribution date and
content of a maintenance upgrade are defined only by R&R Drummond, Inc. R&R Drum-
mond, Inc. is not responsible for any financial loss caused by using our products
by you or any third parties. It is the user's responsibility to validate the pro-
gram's output.

Site licenses and multiple copy price discounts are available. Please inquire if
more than one copy of the software is required. Upgrades are provided at a dis-
counted price. R&R Drummond provides free technical support for a period of one
year after purchase.
